Sometimes you still have questions, no matter how beautiful and easy to navigate a website is (lol). And that's what this page was created for - to hopefully answer any lingering questions you may have. If after all this you still have a question, then I don't know what to tell ya. How can I pay?

We use Stripe as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also use Apple Pay now, and we will be adding PayPal as well!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; visa, master card, american express, and discover

 

Is your site secure?

Yes! You pay through Stripe, one of the world's premier electronic payment solutions. We do not store nor even ever see your credit card number; Stripe just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff - easy peasy

 

Do you offer refunds?

We take pride in all of our products! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase because of damages/defects (aka an error on our part - holes/tears, misprints, etc), please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) to provide photo evidence of problems and to arrange return/replacement. We will gladly exchange the defective item for a new one in the same design, color, and size. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS/SIZE EXCHANGES - so please check the size specifications/sizing charts or email us with any questions prior to placing your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

What shipping method do you use?

All items are sent USPS priority and will arrive in 2-3 days after processing. US customers will receive shipping information via email; at this time we do not offer expedited shipping

Do you ship internationally?

All items are sent USPS priority and will arrive in 2-3 days after processing. FPO/APO addresses may take longer depending on location. At this time we do not offer international shipping, but it Is coming soon!

How much is shipping?

It depends on the size of your order. Once you enter your address at checkout, the shipping rates will appear

 

I've placed my order - how long before my items arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all items (excludes shipping time)

 

I put in the wrong address when I placed my order - what should I do?

All items are made/packaged to order. If you notice an error after you have placed an order, please contact info@chicgeekapparel.com within 24 hours with the updated information. After 24 hours, your order may be processed/sent to the address listed. Chic Geek Apparel is NOT responsible for shipping costs if items have to be re-shipped due to customer errors (incorrect address, change of address after order placement, etc)

 

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

In my dreams, yes....but in reality, no. We do not have a warehouse, a large supply of inventory, or a huge staff to process orders - which is why we ask that you take extra care when placing your order so that everything is 100% correct (size, quantity, address, etc) and the process is painless for everyone!

 

How should I wash my shirt?

It is recommended that you wash all of our tees inside out and in cold water to help minimize shrinkage/fading. To dry, tumble dry on low or hang items to let them air dry. DO NOT iron directly on the printed images - if ironing is necessary, do so with the shirt inside out and on the lowest setting. 

 

What size should I get?

Each shirt comes with a product description to better help you decide on the size that will fit you best. Our unisex shirts have more of a loose fit, while the shirts exclusively for women offer more of a tapered (fitted) look. For women purchasing the unisex shirts, we suggest going down one size in order to get a fit closer to your regular size (so if you usually wear a medium, order a small in the unisex shirts)

 

Do you have these design in stock now?

We try not to run out of items, but just in case...

If an item happens to be out of stock, it will say so in the product description as well as either the expected arrival date of more stock or the option to receive an email notification when we have more. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart
